Remove the clear coloured air-seal plug from the opening of the pump.
The bacteria-safe airless pump bottle needs to "primed" to build the pressure to pump, so pump the cap several times until the product starts coming out. Be sure to hold your hand out, so you don't pump any onto the floor!
Pump out a pea-sized amount into your fingertips and see how far that gets you. A little goes a long way.

Yes. A small amount can produce very long lasting and effective hydration. The probiotic and it's prebiotic "food" ingredient (Saccharide Isomerate) are highly hydrating. Couple this with the Hyaluronic Acid and a very powerful moisturiser emerges.

Tiny, trace amounts of preservatives are used to prevent dangerous pathogen growth, but these are within normal, safe limits. It’s best if you don’t store the product in humid places and definitely not in the shower.
Do not wet the bottle itself. If the pump ever requires cleaning, remove the top pump piece and rinse in warm water alone. Do not ever submerge the whole bottle.

I can tell this moisturizer is a good one because my face felt and looked moisturized the next morning. After using this for 2 weeks, my skin felt my supple and soft. I highly recommend this! A little goes a long way and it feels amazing!

I've been using this moisturizer + the gel cleanser together every day and I absolutely love it. It's not too thick and a little amount covers my whole face and neck. It absorbs quite well and can also be used for hydration throughout the night. Absolutely love the airless pump bottle as I finally learned about the importance not putting fingers into my skin care! Maintains my skin's moisture levels and general softness for sure.
I've been searching for a great moisturizer with actual active ingredients that move the needle, for a long time now. There are plenty, but they are extremely expensive and most have fragrance. This is fragrance-free and is loved by my allergic sense of smell. Will be a repeat customer for sure.
