Why Probiotic Skincare?

Are your plant extracts special when compared to other brands?

Yes. Over 12 years of extensive research and development has gone into the plant cellular science and nutrient production of our extracts. Using a revolutionary extraction method, all extracts are delivered in the plant's liquid carrier matrix to harness the powerful phyto-actives without the need for chemical manipulation to mimic natural function.

 

Do you test on animals?

No, and none of our ingredients suppliers do either.

 

Are you vegan?

We are a 100% vegan formula company.

 

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in high-quality, Australian factories only.

 

Who develops the products?

We do, here at Crowd Culture, in Australia.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Australian Customers
: Usually 3-4 business days. However, due to COVID-19, Australian orders may take up to a week.

New Zealand: Usually 2-3 business days. However, due to COVID-19, NZ orders may take up to two weeks.

Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?

If you want to change your order please email help@crowdculture.com with your order details as soon as possible and we will try and help, however it's usually the case that we've already shipped it from our warehouse.

Unfortunately, once the order has been shipped, we can't cancel it.

We have chosen to be a 100% exclusive online store.

 

I'm in New Zealand, can I shop in NZ Dollars?

Unfortunately no, New Zealand customers need to shop in Australian Dollars.

 

Will you ship to me internationally?

Yes, we ship almost everywhere from our Australian warehouse. However this website is for Australian and New Zealand Customers only. If you are in any other country - please use our international website here.

Can I order by telephone?

No, sorry. We are a 100% online business.

 

What if an item is out of stock?

You will know that something's out of stock when you try to buy it, or if somehow, we run out of stock after you've already placed your order through the website, you'll have the option of waiting until it's back in stock, choosing another product, or of course - a full refund.

 

What payment methods does crowdculture.com accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

 

Is it safe to use my credit card on crowdculture.com?

Yes. Our website is built on Shopify, who is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

How can I return an item and do you offer refunds?

We offer 30-day exchanges and refunds on incorrect, faulty or damaged goods. Conditions apply of course.

GIFTS & PACKAGING

Can I buy Crowd Culture products as a gift for someone and have it shipped to them?

Great idea. However, make sure you enter the shipping details of the person you are sending the gift to during the checkout process. Your payment details are your payment details, but make sure that the shipping name and address is the intended recipient of your gift.

 

What will my order arrive in?

A Crowd Culture Eco Box. Our boxes are made from 100% recycled material. Our shipper boxes are cut and glued on machines that use solar power. Then, we use recycled kraft paper, water-based glue and vegetable-based inks where applicable. Of course it's fully recyclable again after use.

 

Do you have fancy gift boxes?

Unfortunately, due to the above, we do not.

 

If I order multiple sets or kits, will my order be packed and sent in separate boxes?

No. All products will be grouped and sent in the one box.
